Blush Mystery Beauty Box March 2014 Review

Blush Mystery Beauty Box March 2014 Review

My Blush Mystery Beauty Box just arrived! As always, I post in the order I pull items out. Blush Mystery Beauty Box comes in a plain black bag that has the title on it. They do include an info card, which is very helpful. I like to pull items out one at a time, and examine them, then I read the info card later.

Amlactin Moisturizing Beauty Lotion - this was an extra sample, that was outside the bag. I've never heard of this brand, but I'll try it. It also came with a $3 coupon attached, which is very thoughtful. This is stated to be Fragrance Free, which is a requirement for me, and also non-greasy, which is nice. It says Alpha Hydroxy Therapy, and that it gently exfoliates, as well as relieves rough, dry skin.

FAB First Aid Beauty Face Cleanser - This was also a sample that was in the box. I am a HUGE FAN of the FAB First Aid Beauty line. I have not tried the face cleanser just yet, but will do so tonight, even though this is a tiny sample in a little foil packet. This is hypoallergenic and ideal for sensitive or irritated skin. No Parabens, harsh chemicals or colorants.

Now on to the stuff that was actually in the bag this month. As always, I post in the order I pull them out of the bag.
Suki 100% Organic Cotton Wash Cloth - The comment card says soft, luxurious, and made from the highest quality cotton. It's nice, but the description is overreaching. I have felt softer cotton washcloths. I think it was a fun addition this month, I love getting surprises like this.

Skinceuticals Hydrating B5 gel - This was not the easiest pic to take, primarily because of the clear bottle and clear color. It came very well bubble wrapped. Very well. I do like this brand. I've never tried a B5 gel, so I'm going to see how this works. This vitamin is known to help with tissue repair. The info card says this anti-aging gel boosts hydration levels, reducing fine lines and helping the skin take on a smoother and more youthful appearance. Well sign me up for that! Also, Blush gave us a coupon code for 15% off for the full size version.

DCL Dermatologic Cosmetic Labratories Ultra Light Hydrator Oil Free Lotion -  The boxes either came with the Ultra Light Hydrator, or the Facial Hydrating Cream. The oil free lotion I got says it treats, nourishes, and hydrates oily and acne-prone skin. I'm happy with the one I got. And of course, I'm always thrilled to get something full size. Fragrance Free. Paraben Free.

Miracle Skin Transformer Hydroactive Microderm - This is a microdermabrasion exfoliating cream. It's supposed to smooth, soften, and brighten your skin. The website shows pictures of ingredients that are in the products they make, but does not list the ingredients for the products. I'm not a fan of the way they are displaying that, I prefer words over pictures. You also have to click on the picture to find out what products have this ingredient in it. I prefer to know the other way around, what ingredients are in my product. I am unable to really tell if it has anything I'm sensitive to, and I can't tell if it's fragrance free (I'm not breaking the seal), or Paraben free.

Laura Geller Beauty Spackle Under Make-Up Primer - I'm thrilled to see this because I have been wanting to try this. I do have a primer I use regularly, but I've been wanting to try this brand. It has a gentle smell. This product has parabens, which is a little disappointing.

Talika Eye Therapy Patches - This came in a shiny foil packet and was also difficult to get the pic. I'm thrilled to be receiving eye patches lately, and I am thrilled to get more. I like eye patches. This refreshes and rejuvenates tired and puffy eyes in just 30 minutes. This is 1 pair, and you can reuse it up to 3 times.

Strivectin SD Intensive Concentrate for Stretch Marks and Wrinkles - This is an intense concentrate for stretch marks and wrinkles, works on both. It firms sagging skin to diminish the appearance of stretch marks. I plan to try this on wrinkles, because I don't really have any stretch marks. This is Paraben free, and non-comedogenic.

Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid - This is a leave-on exfoliant that unclogs pores and attacks blemish-causing bacteria. It creates radiant, even tones skin, reduces redness & builds collagen, and unclogs & diminishes enlarged pores.

Once again, I'm very happy with this months Blush Mystery Beauty Box! I paid $27.32, and this was a very good value, that included a lot of products I can use. If you are interested in the Blush Mystery Beauty Box, email me and I will send you a referral email.
