Beauty DNA June 2016 Review

Beauty DNA - is a monthly subscription service that will send you one FULL SIZE skincare or hair care item each month, I’ve occasionally received two items. The cost is $25/month. They have a unique matching system, where you fill out your likes/dislikes profile and you shouldn’t ever receive items with ingredients that you just don't like. You will also never receive the same product twice.
Cost: $25/month
How Often: Monthly
Ships To: United States via UPS Ground

Beauty DNA sends a booklet out to tell you why the item has been picked for you. This is one of those months where I really wished I could have received one of the items I loved from past boxes. I would have been happy with anything but another eye cream, I simply receive way too much of it.

Babor Baborganic Revitalizing Eye Cream -  $64. This is a fairly good size container of eye cream, 15 ml, and especially since a little goes such a long way. A highly effective eye cream to reduce bags and dark circles under the eyes. Minimizes fine lines and wrinkly and supplies intensive moisture.

PopSugar Must Have Limited Edition Summer 2016

PopSugar Must Have Boxis a monthly lifestyle box, geared toward women, that sends full size products and a mix of beauty, home, fitness, and other items.  This review is for the Limited Edition Summer Box. PopSugar releases LE boxes throughout the year. They are almost always fabulous and a great value. The cost was $100.
This was one of the biggest boxes I have seen. It looks very promising.
The Limited Edition boxes have all items individually wrapped, which is really fun to open.

Londontown Lakur Royal Wedding Nail Polish - $16. I have never heard of this brand. I think the color will be great on toes.
Sugarfina Ice Cream Cones - $7.50. These are gummy candies. They taste really good and are probably the best gummy candy I've ever had. The flavors are strawberry, rasberry, and vanilla waffle cone. This totally makes up for receiving a salty snack this month in the regular box.
Corkcicle Canteen - $27.95. This keeps any beverage cool for 25 hours and any hot beverage warm for 12 hours. I really like this. It is so timely for summer. Especially when running errands on these hot summer days, it's impossible to keep a water bottle cold in the car. I even hear this keeps ice cubes from melting, and there is no sweating from the bottle. I'm really looking forward to seeing this actually work!
Herbivore Botanical Rose Hibisucs Hydrating Face Mist - $32. This helps tone, hydrate, and soften your skin. Paraben, Sulfate, and Phtathalate free.
Tofino Towel Co "The Chesterman" - $74.99. This was one of the spoiler items. I am still amazed at the quality on this one. The towel is round, which is very "in" right now. It is really nice and thick and much larger than I thought it would be. It will make a great beach blanket.

Hat Attach Twisted Stripe Tote - $95.Wow, this is a really nice beach bag, love the quality. If I hadn't just received a beach tote from another box I would be totally into this.
The approximate value of the Summer LE box is $253.44. I loved this seasons box!

Glossybox June 2016 Review

GlossyBox is $21/month and you get five beauty products. I think I've discovered more brands that are new to me than any other box and you often receive brands that we cannot easily receive here in the states. They include a mix of deluxe trial and full size products. They have a nice rewards program. You have the opportunity to complete surveys for points called Glossydots, and then when you reach 1000 you receive the next month's box free.
I love the red look of the box this month. It's a nice change up from the pink. Don't get me wrong, I like the pink, it was just a little nice to see something different. I know I have said this before, but GlossyBox has the best boxes in the industry. They also make great shipping boxes.
Caolion Premium 02 Bubble & Cool Pore Pack Duo - $6.86. This is a detoxifying duo that features an oxygen bubble mask that opens and cleanses pores, then a cooling mask to tighten and refine.
Tan Towel Half Body Classic - $5.40. I always love getting tan towels. They are the easiest to use. Dry Quickly. And they don't streak. This is my favorite item this month.
Lue by Jean Seo Clear Spot Control - $15. This is Step 3 of LUE's Skin Solution Set, CLEAR. This is supposed to control and fight cystic acne before it breaks the surface of the skin. Made with 12 potent herbs. I'm looking forward to trying this.
Sebastian Professional Shaper Fierce Finishing Spray $2.68 and Dark Oil - $3. I think it was a nice touch they included a sample of the dark oil. Evanescent styling oil that replenishes from the inside out to smoothen the cuticle and add body, then disappears from hair.
Icona Milano Emotion Allowed Mascara - $19. This is another brand we really can't get easily here, so I'm always happy to try another mascara. I'm pretty picky with mascara, and this is waterproof, so I'll be gifting.
La Splash Lip Lacquer High Pigment Collection - $18. Full Size was included. This was made just for GlossyBox! I love when they do collaborations.
This months GlossyBox has an approximate value of $69.93. I thought it was interesting that I received several items that were different than other subscribers. Maybe it is this way every month? Either way, I am just now noticing and not complaining.

Elizabeth and Clarke Summer 2016 Review

Elizabeth & Clarke is a women’s clothing subscription box . You pick up to three shirts for your subscription, and the pricing depends on the number you pick. They only release a limited number of shirts each season and they make them all in house. You also get to preview the tops and pick what you want to receive.
Cost: $30 for one shirt, $50 for two shirts, $60 for three shirts (once a quarter/season)
How Often: Quarterly
Ships To: United States but will also ship internationally for $25 surcharge.

The Parker - $60. This is a popover blouse with convertible sleeves. What is really unique about this is that the shirt is said to be "UNSTAINABLE". It's machine washable and dryer safe. I really want to test out the "unstainable" claim by throwing a glass of red wine at it, but I will hold off on that. Over time, I would think  you could tell if it simply stays white, but I don't really like how it looks on me so someone else will have to test it out.

Here is a stock photo showing a woman this looks great on.
The Arden - $55. This is also "UNSTAINABLE". Amazing. This one I like much better and will be keeping. I'm confident if I was modeling this with something else, like jeans or a skirt, this would look just fine. But I didn't have the time for that so it does look a little weird. I had less of an urge to toss a glass of red wine at this one, but I'm still really curious on how this will hold up.

This months value is $115. I think the real value is in the "unstainable" technology. If you can keep a white shirt functional longer then it's a total win!

FabFitFun Summer 2016 Review

FabFitFun is a lifestyle box. It promises $175+ worth of full-size premium items. It has the season’s hottest beauty, fitness, fashion, and wellness items. It's one of our favorite boxes. For annual subscribers, there are now options where you can customize some of your items, which is great because then you are sure to get the colors you really want.
Cost: $49/quarter.
How Often: Quarterly
Ships To: United States via USPS
I LOVE the cute summer box this was packaged in!! The theme was obviously summer!!

I even love the sticker that was used this month to keep the tissue paper wrapped!

First Look!
This is an info card not a coupon. This is for Compeed Blisters Cushions. I didn't quite capture a look at the info booklet this month, but I do have it showing in the last pic.
Coupon for $35 for Hello Fresh. I receive this, or a variation of this, a LOT. It's only for first time customers.
Stemulation Daily Micro Derm Srub - $34. I can always use an exfoliator skin scrub. This even works on face. Developed to clean refresh and renew skin texture.
Passport to Beauty Gypset Luminous Lips - $18. This is pretty glossy. I'm probably least excited about this since we get so much lipgloss this time of year. But it's pretty either way.
Osea Atmosphere Protection Cream - $48. Osea gets great reviews. This is a face/neck cream, but is much lighter than a normal lotion or cream. This is supposed to work well for those with fragrance sensitivities so I'm looking forward to trying it.
Beach Everyday Beach Waves Spray - $18. Basically this is a basic beach waves spray for when you let your hair air dry. I can never get my hair to remain frizz free without a blow out, but I would assume this would work nicely for those who can.
Burts Bees BB Cream. These samples were bonus items. I believe everyone was supposed to receive only one, but I got two of BB Cream. I do use this occasionally and I do like it. The other option was BB Cleansing Oil.
Summer Rose Yoga Towel -$36.  Mine says DREAM BIG - It's the orange one. It’s a microfiber fabric and machine washable, and  24 X 68 inches. The others were a blue More Happy Less Worry, and a Pink Good Vibes. I'm happy with what I got. This was also a spoiler item and I did get to pick. I made my choice based on the saying.
Betches Ice Pop Molds - $19. I cannot find a link for this online. These are basic popsicle makers, in the shape of champagne bottles. Which is cute. I won't use, but I think it's cute, and great for this time of year.
Compeed Blister Cushion - This is another sponsored item - coupon listed above. I've already thrown in my travel bag. Who couldn't use a blister pad when on the go? I wish they had sent a full box, but a coupon is always nice.

Trina Turk Canvas Tote - Seas the Day - $55. This is serious quality and I believe this is my favorite item. This was one of the spoiler items and I got to pick my color, so I went with Blue. The other colors were yellow and orange. This is very roomy and will make a great beach bag. I'm thrilled to get this. Just wanted to show  you how roomy this really is. I'm not quite sure I captured it on the pic, I have a hard time taking selfies against a mirror while balancing, LOL.
The approximate value of this months FabFitFun box is $228, which is great for a $50 box. FabFitFun continues to be one of my favorite boxes. I'm thrilled with the beach bag, the quality is simply amazing!
