FabFitFun March 2015 Review

My FabFitFun box arrived today!! FabFitFun is $49.99 a quarter. It promises $175+ worth of full-size premium items. It has the seasons hottest beauty, fitness, fashion, and wellness items. It's one of our favorite boxes.

Sprout it App Card & Mircale Grow Gro-able Seed Pod - $1.49. The flavor I got is Basil, I do not know if there were variations sent. I do not have a green thumb. Not at all. But, K does and she will love this.
Rifle Paper Co. Cities Coasters Set - $16. These are super cute! I also love the box they come in. It has Tokyo, London, New York and Paris. These are cardboard.
Yasi Metallic Flash Tattoos - $16. These are pretty on trend right now and K called these before we even got our box.
Palmetto Derma Collagen Booster and Restoration Serum - $48 - This serum also increases collagen growth, slows down the aging process. Who doesn't love that?
Jules Smith Scarf in Watercolor - $42. K really wants the Modern Art one, so I'll try and trade on MSA for that one. This is really nice, very lightweight, and pretty cute.
Merrithew 3 DVD Set "Intense Body Blast" - $61. I love that we get fitness items in this box. Sometimes it's just a little hard to stay motivated so it's nice to get new things to break up the monotony a little.
Cosmos Creations Premium Puffed Corn - $1.49. This was a sponsored item. I love that snacks are included. I do feel like I've gotten quite a bit of popcorn lately. This one is salted caramel, so I'm sure it's quite tasty.
OFRA Cosmetics Eyeshadow Brush Duo (#11 and #20) - $45.90. This is a really nice set. I do not wear eye shadow, so I'll be swapping this for something I can use.
ORLY Nail BB Crème - $15 I have no idea what nail BB crème is, but I feel like it's something I should try, LOL. It's supposed to be as good for your nails as BB crème is for your face.

ORLY Polish in Cake Pop - $8.50 The color is a very light pink. I love it. I know it looks a little white in the pic, but it's really pink.
There were several coupons included this month.
Rifle Paper Company - 25% off
Merrithew - $25 This is a gift card, not a coupon
VowChic - $125 when you purchase or rent a dress, you get one free rental.
Hello Fresh - $40 - New Customers Only

Very pleased with my FabFitFun box this time. The value is over $275. This is still one of my favorite boxes. If you are interested in  FabFitFun then click our link here FabFitFun.

Beauty DNA March 2015 Review

Beauty DNA- $25 a month. You fill out a thorough quiz about your preferences and you will receive one premium full sized item a month that is specially matched to you. You will never get the same item twice, and you will never get the same type of item more than once a year (e.g. shampoo). I get a lot of skincare items from them, and it's always within my preferences, particularly fragrance free.
This month I was completely, and pleasantly, surprised to get two items. Usually they only include one. Occasionally you get a bonus item. I think that generally happens when they send you an item that is typically lower $$.
Phyto Paris Reparateur Express Conditioner - $19. Lately I have only been receiving skincare items, so this was a nice surprise to get a conditioner, which we don't see too often in sub boxes. This is said to instantly detangle damaged hair without weighing it down. It's supposed to be good for dry, weakened, or damaged hair. It gets pretty good reviews, a lot of which state the key is to rinse immediately!
Alessadnro International Pedix Feet One Minute Pedicure - $25 I just finished up the last drop of my normal foot scrub, so I'm actually happy to see this. It says in 60 seconds your feet will be softer and no more cracked heels. My feet do get dry, so I moisturize often. And I do love pedicures. Just not when they scrub so hard....which pretty much just makes me giggly. This is rich in proteins, amino acids, enzymes and vitamins. I will be trying tomorrow, just too tired tonight.

I do see how I got the pic of the front of the card for one item, and the inside of the card for the next. So I'm not consistent? Like I said, I'm tired. I do have a full time job so cut me some slack on that one. The inside of the card gives a little more info on the product and tells you why you were matched. The Pedix One Minute Pedicure brochure says "it is well suited to benefit your fair complexion". Huh? Usually I can make more sense of this stuff.

Beauty DNA continues to send me timely and unique items, from brands I end up really liking but don't necessarily think to buy.

Little Lace Box - March 2015 Review

I just got my Little Lace Box a couple hours ago, and this is the only review I am working on today. Yes, I realize I'm quite behind this month. I've just been too busy and too tired. I was so excited to get it as I was not expecting it today. I have not seen any spoilers, so this month was a full surprise for me. Little Lace Box continues to be one of my very favorites each month. They find the most unique and surprising items. Little Lace Box is $39.99/month. The theme this month is "Nourish your mind, body & soul". Boy do I need that!!

LOVE this little red box. The 2nd I saw it hanging out in my mailbox I just wanted to open right then. I was really excited to see what they cam up with this month.

All Natural Urban Spa Sea Sponge - RV $12 - I don't know what's wrong with my pic, I just can't seem to get this picture to face the correct way, so I'll just have to read it to you. It says apS nabrU. It's a nice sponge and will actually make a nice break from the bath sponges I normally get. I'm assuming this also has a 30 day safe use period. Unlike most sponges, the Urban Spa Full Body Sea Sponge is unbleached to retain its natural color and prolong its life. A product of the Caribbean, Urban Spa Sea Sponges are a renewable resource sustained through responsible harvesting.
Kate Spade New York Gold Glitter Water Bottle - $30 BPA-, phthalate- and lead-free glass water bottle. The skin is made of silocone. This is hand wash, but it's glass, so I imagine if you take the sleeve off it should be find in the dishwasher. It's pretty and solid.
Cali Baronessa Torocco Shampoo & Conditioner - $32 I LOVE the smell of this stuff. It truly feels like being in a high end spa. This is made of Sicilian Red Orange Extracts, and it's amazing. This is said to work for all types of hair, regardless of race. Interesting.

The final item for this months box is a 12"X12" Gallery Wrap Mounted Canvas Print - $51.99. LLB is sending out a coupon code for this to order in their shop. I have no idea what this means, but can't wait to see it.
This months Little Lace box had a value of approx. $126, which is way more than I paid. I'm really liking this box. Next months theme is "Nonna's Kitchen". Can't wait to see what that brings.

Walmart Beauty Box Spring 2015

Hi Everybody. We have a guest reviewer today, so please welcome JoAnna! She is a long time subscriber to this blog. She is reviewing the Walmart Beauty Box Spring 2015 box. This box comes out each season, and you will be sent the box that is based on your preferences. It's technically free, but you do have to pay $5 for shipping.
http://see.walmart.com/caress
Caress Body Wash - this is the new Caress body wash. I was really excited to see it because I had just saw a commercial and thought, hmmm, I want to try that. It's upposed to be scent renewing for 12 hours after use. just touch your skin and you can smell it. What a novel idea. I like the scent.
L'Oreal Paris Advanced Haircare Total Repair 5 Shampoo & Conditioner - I also love the smell of these. I am always happy to try stuff that make my hair soft. It's kinda flowery scent, but more like fabric softener, lol.
Nivea in-shower body lotion - This is a foil packet sample, but still interesting. I like stuff like this so I am looking forward to trying it. Nivea is a good brand.
Burt's Bees Renewal Intensive firming serum - Again, a good brand and the kind of stuff I like. I'm willing to try this. :)
L'Oreal Age Perfect Glow Renewal face oil - I will say I'm a little scared to put an oil type product on my face, but I do trust the brand so I'm game to give it a try. As long as it doesn't have a scent that I hate or won't go away....I really prefer unscented in my face products.
Garnier Night firming cream -  I have never used anything like this. But its a sample and I'm willing to try it.
Olay Pearl Regenerist Serum - I already tried this. I LOVED it! Made my skin feel so soft.
Dial 7 Day moisturizing lotion - This is new. This has a peachy citrus smell. I have dry skin and with Spring finally here I want a good lotion. I liked this one. I will probably buy a full size bottle.
Lady Gaga Black Liquid Perfume - Yuck. But someone who likes perfume might like this.
The Blushed Nudes 12 shades - Get it first at Walmart. This is a notice of a new product coming out. Wal-Mart will have it first. Sadly there was no sample with it. LOL. I would have loved a sample. Or a full size. LOL, dare to dream!
There was also a $5 coupon for Rogaine. I don't need it by my neighbor was happy to get it.
I always enjoy Wal-Mart boxes. They are worth more than we pay. This one was a LOT of fun. Each item, except the perfume, was a  hit in my humble opinion.
Thanks for having me as a guest blogger!

March Ipsy Bag

This month's theme was Floral Fantasy and I feel like they nailed it.

I received LeeAnni Eco 3 in 1 Revolution Light, Pixi by Petra Mesmerizing Mineral Duo, NYX Butter Lipstick, Pur-lisse travel soy milk makeup remover, Evelyn Iona Cosmetics Concealer. I really love the color of lipstick and can't wait to try the LeeAnni Eco.

PetBox Review

I picked out an BaaBaas blanket for 400 points. When I first saw it online I thought it would be perfect for his new kennel. When I received it, it was much smaller than I was expecting and pretty thin, so this will just be used as a blanket for Sailor's seat in the car.

PetBox Review

Pet Box is one of the only subscriptions that you have the option to customize. I still have credit from a Groupon.

In February I chose a seatbelt and a laser pointer, and as a special add on they also threw in peanut butter treats. I fully believe that pets need to be securely restrained in vehicles when driving. He has outgrown his small travel crate so I have upgraded to this seatbelt. you do need a harness for this to secure to. He loved the peanut butter treats and I can't wait to test the laser pointer on my BF's cat. Overall I like that you can pick out your items in PetBox however, BarkBox seems to get you a better deal and quality of toys.
