Allure Beauty Thrills Fall 2016 Review

Allure Beauty Thrills goes on sale three times a year. The cost is $49.95 + $10 shipping. This is a really fun box due to the sheer volume of items and the variety. A portion of the proceeds from each purchase of the Fall Beauty Thrills Box will be donated to Cancer and Careers. I like that they support causes each season. I post in the order I pull out of the box.
This thankfully comes with a nice info book describing the items included.
Redken Glow Dry - $32. This is an oil for your hair, that reduces blow dry time and adds shine. I can't weigh in on the reduced blow dry time, but I overall I think it's great.
Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant Clean & Fresh Battery Operated Spinbrush - $9.99. This box is where I keep receiving all my spin brushes, and I love it. I say keep 'em coming! This month was especially timely for me because I needed a new toothbrush and needed about six more weeks before I could be able to get one down myself.
Grande Naturals GrandeLIPS - $27. There are mixed feelings on this. I happen to love lip plumpers. I opened this box and went through it with my sister, who feels you are really poisoning your lips.
Chapstick Total Hydration Moisture + Tint Rose Petal  - 4.99. I really love getting chapstick products in this box, especially the total hydration line. But, I do not love Rose or any other flower fragrance so I'll pass on this.
Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream - $5.29. Trusted brand. Basic hand cream.
Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Duo Pack - $13.46. I LOVE this color. Seriously love it. And you do not need a gel machine to use this.
Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant Clean & Fresh Toothpaste - $5.97. I also appreciate receiving toothpaste in this box. I always use it so this is great.
Toppik Hair Building Fibers - $6.95. I was excited to be able to gift this to someone who has thinning hair. No word yet if it works or not, but I sure hope so.
Sally Hansen Big Cuticle Oil - $5.37. Who doesn't need more cuticle oil? I always use it so this is useful.
ROC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Night Cream - $17.07. Meh! I'm tired of seeing this stuff.
Lumene Bright Now Vitamin C Sleeping Cream - $13.30. Same with this. Tired of receiving it.
Neutrogena Ultra Light Cleansing Oil - $7.25. I don't care how many times its preached to me that oil will not make your face break out. I am still not using it on my face.
Wen Spring Gardenia Green Tea Cleansing Conditioner - $24. I might be one of the few people who absolutely detest Wen products. I will never be a fan.
SkinFix Daily Lotion - $4.99. This is sample size. I have this on my desk and have been using for a couple weeks, but it's almost gone. I like it, it's light, absorbs quickly, and it is fragrance free.
Rusk Styling Collection Elixir Mist - $24. This is a thermal shine mist that is supposed to also fight frizz. I have another brand I use regularly, but I'm not overly opposed to trying this.
Simple Skincare Dual Effect Eye Make-Up Remover - $6.99. My sis got this. She uses stuff like this regularly so it made sense.
One ‘N Only Argan Oil Treatment - $9.05. K loves this stuff so I'm totally saving for her.
Ittse Eye Shadow in Obsidian - $7.99. I am not a fan of refills being included in sub boxes when the containers are not included. This is a toss away item for this reason.
Rimmel London The Only 1 Lipstick - $6.99. This color is so darn pretty! I love it!
Not Your Mother’s Double Take Dry Finish Texture Spray - $9.55. We do not use this and I don't know anyone who does. I liked receiving the mouse in the past because my sis uses it regularly, but I really don't know what to do with this.
Aveeno Pure Renewal Conditioner - $10.20. Always good to see Aveeno products. This is going my guest bath.
Aveeno Pure Renewal Shampoo - $11.38. I truly appreciate it when both a shampoo and conditioner are included.
Rituals Happy Buddha Foaming Shower Gel - $15. Meh! Way too much fragrance for me.
The box has an approximate value of $279. I always have such fun with this box and can't wait to see what we get in the Winter box.
