ipsy Glam Bag June 2016 Review

Ipsy – is a beauty subscription box created by Michelle Phan. They send a mix of deluxe samples and full size beauty products, and a makeup bag. You take a beauty quiz and should receive items that match your profile. This is very similar to Birchbox, and an excellent way to build up your inventory and try out different brands before investing in a full size purchase.

I really like this months makeup pouch. I think it's loud, creative, and fun! I'll be keeping this one because I think it will really stand out in my bag when I go searching for it.

Clarisea Sea Salt Solutions Deep Pore Detox - $2.52. I have used this stuff before and it works well enough. It did leave my skin feeling soft. Sulfate, Paraben, and Fragrance free!

Urban Decay Lounge Eyeshadow - $10.75. The color I received is Lounge, and not that  you can tell from the pic, but it's a sparkly infused charcoal. This is sample size. I think it's pretty cool packaging for a sample, but since it's eye shadow I won't be using. I sure get tired of receiving eye shadows.

Boo-Boo Cover Up Concealer - $7.26. This gets really great reviews. I am unfamiliar with this brand, but I hear it looks very natural and can even provide good coverage with scars.

Juice Beauty Phyto-Pigments Luminous Lip Crayon in Zuma - $22. Full Size was included. This looks like it would be a dark red, but really it is very "luminous". It gives just a hint of sheer color. This is my favorite item in this months glam bag.

Seraphine Botanicals Happy Hibiscus - $18. I did not realize this was full size, but reading up on it looks that way. This is 99% Natural blush and it's designed to work on all skin tones. I don't tend to do too well with blushes that are designed for "All skin tones", but since I have never heard of Seraphine Botanicals I'm happy to try it out.

This months Ipsy has an approximate value of $60.53, which I'm very happy with. My favorite item this month is the makeup bag, I just really love the bright colors for this time of year.
